Summary:

Ok this is a baby bunnie and not a full blown bunnie

Time adjustments are required.

The Scoobies on their way toward Cleveland after the fall of Sunnydale pass through Peoria, IL where they meet a young policeman by the name of Tony DiNozzo and a friendship is made.

Over the years they have maintained their long distance friendship.

Now depending on how you want to play this you could have a director find out about Tony's friendship with the Council and try to use it for political gain or view Tony as being friends with terrorist. You could also have Council come to visit NCIS and the director making a big thing about it only to have them snub him/her.

Presidential Orders (Xander/Multi) by Lady FoxFire

Summary: Dean throws his bag into the trunk of his car when a young female voice said
from behind him, "What kind of car is that?"

Dean spins around to see a young girl about 9 yr. old watching him. "It's a
1967 Chevy Impala," he replies.

"It looks brand new," the girl says. "Is it a replica or vintage? My big
sister Faith says there are some guys out there who have replica of car they had
when they were young because their hair have moved from their heads to their
back and their engines need a little blue pill to turn over anymore. Why does
an engine need a pill? I thought car ran on gas?"

"Hey Dean," Sam said as he came around the Impala and put his bag in the trunk,
"who's your friend?"

"Samantha," the girl replied. "I was asking him about his car. My big sister
Faith says that the 1967 Shelby Mustang GT 350 is the best car on the road."

"Ahhh, I'm going to go pay our bill," Sam said as he retreated tot he motel
office.

"Well while I will admit that the Shelby Mustang is a sweet car it's nothing
compared to my baby," Dean said as he waves his brother off.

"Hey Sammy, did you find him?" another young girl said as she ran up to
Samantha.

"It's Samantha, Deanna" the first girl said in disgust.

The second girl snorted. "I'll start call you Samantha when you start calling
me Dee. And you never answered my question."

"I've been here talking to Dean the whole time," Samantha said as he pointed at
Dean.

Dee looked at Samantha for a moment in confusion before saying, "Ohhhhh."

Samantha shook her head. "Sorry Dean," she said. "This is going to hurt you
more than us,"

"Huh?" Dean said before everything went dark.

"Got to love magic taser," Dee said as she put something back into her pocket.
"Are you sure this is the right guy."

"Yeap," Samantha replied as she grabbed Dean's legs. "He was exactly were the
spell said he would be."

"Okay," Dee replied grabbing the Dean's head and shoulder before they vanish
with a pop.

"Okay, Dean. We're ready to go," Sam said as he walked out of the motel office
towards the Impale. "Dean? Hey Dean?"

Samantha, Dee and an unconscious Dean appeared in a room with a few other men
already there.

"Let's put him on the bed," Dee said as he carried Dean over of one of the empty
beds.

"Ladies," one of the men said as he walked over to the girls.

"Hi, Horatio," Dee said happily. "How are you feeling? No upset stomach or
headaches? I know that some people get them when we use the taser on them."

"No. No I'm fine as are the others," Caine replied. "And who is that?"

"This is Dean," Dee replied. "We had to taser him too.

"There is only 5 here. Where is Tammy and Bee's target?" Samantha asked.

"They're having a hard time getting to him because he's in court. They're
waiting until he's dismissed to grab him," Dee replied.

"How long will that take?" Samantha demanded.

"Until the court find the bad guy guilty. Come on we don't want the bad guy
to go free. Xander would be upset," Dee replied.

"And don't you think this Xander will be upset with you kidnapping us?" a young
man with sandy brown hair and green eyes asked.

"And you are?" Samantha demanded.

"Special Agent Tony DiNozzo, NCIS," the young man replied.

"Nice to meet you, Tony. I'm Samantha and this is Deanna," Samantha said

"It's Dee," Dee growled.

Samantha rolled her eyes. "And Xander won't be upset after all we're under
orders."

"Orders?" Caine said. "You're under orders to kidnap people."

"Pretty much."

"Yeah."

"And who gave you these orders?" Caine asked.

"The President," Dee replied.

"The President of what?" Caine said.

"The President of the United States," Samantha said.

"The President of the United States told you to kidnap us," Caine said
carefully.

"Yeap," Samantha replied.

"Well not exactly," Dee admitted, "The President said that someone should get
Xander laid and we used magic to find the best person to get Xander laid, which
was all of you. And since we knew Xander won't go to you especially with
everything he has to do for us, we brought you here."
