I love the crossovers in this story (DM slash is a fave of mine, so rare to see it) & especially the idea of Xander as Don's son. Alan is going to go ballistic. I hope you'll be able to return to this story someday.

I've had a nibble or two, so I'll do my best to try and lure the bunnies and/or muses out of hiding. And yeah, I figure Alan is going to go nuclear melt down when he finds out, Charlie is really, really going to freak out, especially since he's got so many various 'classification ratings' for work he's done in the past *evil smirk* Keep in mind, this would be just around the time that the Initiative was coming out into the open <g>.

Mmmmm. 2 weeks in a coma huh. Yup huge explosion when the rest of the Epps find out. So what happened to the co-worker? Ran when the focus shifted to X? Was he the one who called 911? Hmmm *hands over dark M&Ms* More when you can please. This has a nice tone.

Author's Response: *grins* I will have to find a way to work the co-worker into the story <g>. Right now the muses are slowly stirring, but they aren't fully awake yet. I figured lots of hurt, small slow progress, and lots and lots of comforting later on. Plus huge doses of angst all around *evil cackle*

Good story so far, I look forward to reading more, I've never read one that was a cross with Diagnosis Murder. I like it

Author's Response: Well Diagnosis Murder is set in LA, so is Numb3rs....*smirks* Since DM was set mostly out of a hospital....*evil laugh* Hey combine some of my favorite guys together.

Author's Response: Still not quite sure what happens next, but I do have a few ideas...I know Xander will eventually get his memory back of the attack, but it's not going to happen right away. There's the meeting between Steve and Xander, as well as Don and Xander to be worked on and the issue with folks back in Sunnydale as well. *smirks* Going to be a long story, but it's slow going at the moment.
