I do like the story so far it flows nicely. Like the idea of Speed walking in and seeing Xan cleaning H's gun whilst nattering and watching cartoons. or else maybe Xan Robing speed of his and cleaning it to destress

This chapter is a nice continuation.  You've done a pretty good job showing how tightly wound Xander is right now.  I liked how you slipped in just enough to let us know that Xander met H while dancing, but without going over the whole "my car exploded during my post-High School road trip, and I took a job in a strip club..." that we all know already.  (Not that I mind if it was relevant to the story, but using it here would just detract from the present day action.)

Yeah Xan needs Horatio and he needs Xan. They both do what needs to be done.

Great job! thought I would add a bit of space between each paragraph to make it easier to read....

 I love how you got Xander to slowly begin to trust someone other than just himself again. 

*glares at the Clevland house* how dare they not care about Xander and how he must feel!

*pokes* are we going to see more of the interaction between Xander and his old life? or are we just going to stay in Miami?
