I love your story. 

What if the Scoobies know about the Doctor and Torchwood.  Have you thought about brinign Ianto (from Torchwood)?

*squeals* YAY!!!

 though, you missed a lot of places where Willow was supposed to be mentioned with Xander and Buffy when it came to being pregnant. Also, you never had the other parent mentioned for her children (even though we know it's Tara, the others should know too)
