I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I'm loving this story. It's a great read, and fun!

Just an idea for Molly. In the olden days, couldn't someone, say a lord, pay off someone's debt and that person becomes and indentured servant for the lord? Now, I know with House Elves, a wizzarding household wouldn't need a human servant, but I bet Lucy Malfoy would just love to have Molly Weasley under his thumb. And heck, maybe he could use her to straiten out Draco, since he's beginning to see what an idjit Draco is. Just an idea. :) ~Ame

OOoh about time that Molly got caught in what she was doing. Poor Bill though. Wouldn't be surprised if Arthur did cast her out of the family for this. She will always believe what Dumbledork said. I'm so glad that Harry doesn't go back to Hogwarts cause I can't stand Ginny. She is way to much like Molly. Looking forward to seeing what else happens with the family. *sends her more goodies*

Umm, yeah they did.  It was suspended in 1972 by the Supreme Court when it heard the court case Furman vs. Georgia, they declared it cruel and unusual punishment.  All the cases on Death Row at that time were turned into Life with no possibility of parole.

It was reinstated in 1976, now it's only used in extreme circumstances. Executions were resumed in 1977.  Only a handful of states have no death penalty, most states still have it.
